Dan Pavich

History and Background

This is Dan’s Story

We do things we love. We all have to work to make a living. Lots of people have a j-o-b and work for a living. Many people go to school and develop their skills to work in a position, whether they like it or not, that will make them lots of money so they can hopefully retire early and enjoy their hard earned savings. Then there are others who are driven to develop a way to make a living around who they are and what they are passionate about and create a way to make a living while they are contributing to making the world a better place by answering a problem that has yet to be solved.

Early in life, Dan was solving problems. Taking things apart and putting them back together again and again and again. Even things designed for a purpose were taken apart and put back together to see if he could make it better in some way, any way. Building and creating was a way of life for all of the Pavich brothers. It was in their blood.

An entrepreneur at heart, Dan started a lawn mowing business at 10 years old. He saw the need in his neighborhood and stepped up to meet that need. Reliable and hardworking, Dan developed the reputation of the one to call to mow your lawn rake leaves and pull weeds. And he made a lot of money doing it.

Having the mind of a problem solver middle and high School was boring. Spitting out answers from a book was not his idea of solving problems. Brought up in a family of action oriented, creative thinkers Dan excelled in sports as an outlet. He wasn’t that fast of a runner, but to fly through the air on the end of a pole he became the Indiana State Pole Vaulting finalist in both his junior and senior years.

Enrolling in Purdue University’s electrical engineering program he quickly realized he didn’t like working with wires. Four years later he graduated with honors in Chemical engineering. During those years he developed interest in agriculture and biology resulting in classes that would serve him well in the coming years.

Dan worked 15 years in Steel Mill, working first with bio-diesel fuels and then in 2002 a surprise visit from a friend one day that changed the rest of his life. The friend dumped a trailer load of fish on his lawn and told him he was a very smart guy and that he should figure out a good use for these fish. From the beginning his creation was turning heads. Gardeners were seeing larger and more flavorful plants and fruit, increase in production and deeper, richer colors in their flowers. As the word spread about this smelly, local fertilizer, many decided it was worth it. Increasingly more of the product was used on a wider diversity of applications. Small farmers over a growing span of territory experienced the benefits of a product that was known onver the years by a couple of different names.

After 14 years of engineering this product, Symbiotic Ag Products, LLC is manufacturing Symbosis AGx. A product winning the respect of growers as a biostimulant unlike any they have used before. Having come a long way, Dan is sure he is producing a product unlike any other in the world. A big statement to make, but data and field testing and testimonies by many are backing up what Dan, in all of his education and experience, tells him is true.

Symbosis AGx is an organic, naturally derived product. Unlike synthetic products Symbiosis AGx is biologically available to a plant every time ensuring that what you put down is going to work the moment it hits the plant. Within 20 minutes amino acids, volatile fatty acids and a host of bacteria are delivered from the leaves of the plant deep into the soil where those bacteria begin to feed each other bacteria engaging in a life producing effect for the microbial life below the surface of the soil. Microbials creating the kind of environment necessary to keep and produce nutrients to develop a strong and healthy root system as well as feeding what is happening above ground as well {the last phrase not strong verbiage}. As the highly bio-available Volitile Fatty Acids’s (VFAs) and the balanced Amino Acid (AA) profile activate a stronger, bigger, more extensive root system, the number of bean pods, filled out corn cobs and tall strong wheat grow at a faster rate. All metrics a grower is looking for is highly fueled as well as an increase in yield each time the used throughout the season and into the each season following. The healthier the soil becomes the more naturally resistance to pests and disease fields become. Rates of irrigation necessary, even in seasons of drought, are diminished in the process as the soil builds it’s natural resources as well. And the greatest of all is the soil building effects that are activated by Symbiotic AGx continue to work even when you don’t! And they don’t demand a paycheck either!

Symbiosis AGx is waiting at our location in South Bend, Indiana, to be shipped to your farm to change the way you do farming. To bring a biological awakening to your dirt. Doing all it can to bring life to your soil and turn it into the diverse, microbial growing force your soil was meant to be. Putting the most productive workforce on your farm to work. An unpaid workforce that is waiting to work along-side you and all of the other inputs you use and that Mother Nature supplies.
